This is a limited pre-production prototype, offered to early supporters who want to help shape the final product.

The prototype is functionally equivalent to the final design, but it is not the finished retail version. You should expect differences in areas like fit and finish, materials, assembly, and firmware refinement.

These units are sold without a standard commercial warranty. That said, we stand behind our supporters and will provide direct, best-effort assistance to help troubleshoot issues and gather feedback during use.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is an early prototype and not a final production product. If you’re excited to be part of the development process and understand the nature of early hardware, we’d love to have you on board.

Returns & Refunds

Prototype units are pre-production and not final retail products, so sales are generally final.

If your unit arrives dead on arrival or fails to perform its core intended function within 4-weeks of delivery, please reach out. We’ll review the situation and work with you toward a reasonable resolution, such as a replacement prototype (if available) or a refund.

Cosmetic imperfections, normal wear, and behaviors typical of early hardware are not considered defects.
